VOCATION
The Captain Of Our Salvation Ministries, T.C.O.O.S.M. strongly believe the Five Fold Ministry is conclusive to our children's mental, emotional health and strength. Their identities have been stripped from them, and we owe it to the kingdom of God to give supply them with their true identities. They were born for the ministry. To give pleasure to the living God.
This ministry consist of five powerful gifts; Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers. These gifts perform specific assignments within the church to perfect the saints, and are for the work of the ministry, they are also given to strengthen the body as one. Many of us are unaware that these extraordinary gifts and talents are on the inside of us, these gifts are spirtiual but are made manifest openly by faith. It is our duty to enhance the believers knowledge and understanding of these particular gifts as they are used to strengthen the faith of the believers, form the body, quicken the spirit and lift up the name of our precious Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
THE FIVE-FOLD MINISTRY
APOSTLES
An Apostle is one who has been sent to prepare the body of Christ for the return of Jesus Christ. The primary responsibility is the operations of the church including doctrine, Truth and in unity.
EVANGELISTS
This powerful gift has been given to the Body of Christ by the gifter. It has been designed to prepare the receiver to spread the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This very important gift fills the body with much fruit.
PROPHETS
A Prophet is of the greatest importance, as the Body of Christ we receive prophetic instructions through individuals who are gifted to receive prophecies from Almighty God. These prophecies prepare the people of God for what's to come.
PASTORS
Pastors are the shepherd over the sheep. it must be done in unity, a people serving God; having one heart going one way upon the foundation of truth. To prepare the children for the return of our Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ.
TEACHERS
Jesus Christ is the greatest techer of all. A teacher must possess a love for the word of God and must be equipped to deliver the word in compassion, truth and be led of the Holy Spirit in order to be successful.
ONE HEART GOING ONE WAY
There are great opportunities available to those who would have the courage to believe, our ministry has the capability to throughly prepare all who would have hope in their calling to walk worthy of their vocation. God has an expectation to fulfill in our lives what he has prepared for us from the foundation of the world. By his grace we are able to succeed beyond expectation, and as we move forward we have the power to soar, to reach higher heights within the five-fold ministry. We will strive to develop an excellent spirit, each of us willing to have; "One heart going One way!".
